Pricing is subject to change from time to time, including on a monthly basis. Such changes may not affect credits already purchased. However, where TRAI or other government regulations increase or decrease the base price, we reserve the right to increase or decrease margins for PAN, Recharge and other services without prior notice.
We track the IP address and geolocation of logins for security purposes and such information may be stored in our database. If illegal usage is found, we may first terminate the account and may take legal action in cases involving serious violations of our or government terms and conditions.

We have a 24x7 billing system available for UPI and IMPS. Payments must be made directly from a bank account. We do not accept payments made through third-party websites.
Funds transferred to us are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically provided under our applicable policies. Customers are advised to test and understand our services before making future transactions.

We reserve the right to modify or change any plan cost at any time without prior notification to customers. We also reserve the right to increase or decrease margin or surcharge on any operator at any time without prior notification.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend customer accounts in case of violation of these terms and conditions, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, or where the customer does not take any recharge balance for more than one year.
Customers must use our services through approved B2B websites, portals or apps. Pre-approval is required for B2C websites, portals or applications.
No refund will be provided in cases covered by these account termination conditions. If any remaining balance exists in the customer account, it may be converted to zero or nil and no refund or redemption will be provided.
One recharge transaction and one payment transaction is mandatory every 90 days. If a user has not completed any recharge and payment transaction during the previous 90 days, the account may be automatically terminated or suspended by the system.
